Normally, I would never have noticed it wasnt filled as it should be had I not placed the bottle where I had on the shelf and, because the body lotion has a pump dispenser and I never had to actually open it up to get the lotion. When I thought it couldnt get worse, i called customer service back and her remedy was only that she will send me another one but she warned me it would be filled the same way exact way.
